1. Agreement to Terms

By making a room reservation or staying at Cottage Club Inn, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Standard Check-In Time: 02:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-in or Late Check-out is strictly subject to room availability and may incur additional charges at the management's discretion.

3. Mandatory Identification (ID Proof)

As per Government of India & Uttarakhand Police regulations, all adult guests (12 years and above) must present valid Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN Cards are NOT accepted as valid identity proof for lodging.

4. Occupancy & Extra Guests

• Room occupancy limits must be strictly adhered to as specified during reservation.
• Children below 5 years stay free of cost sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra adult or child above 5 years will be charged as per published extra bed / extra guest rates.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Policies

• Guests are requested to maintain peace and respect other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Smoking inside non-smoking guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, electronics, or linen during the stay will be billed directly to the guest prior to check-out.
• Unlawful activities, possession of illegal substances, or weapons are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cottage Club Inn shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, cash, or valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas. Safety lockers/reception assistance is available upon request.
